🚫 Misuse of Free Services

If we detect any such misuse:
- Your service will be immediately terminated without notice
- No backups or data recovery will be provided for terminated free services
Free Hosting is a privilege, not a right. Abuse of our free resources may result in a permanent ban from all Nitent Nodes services.
💰 Lack of Payment
By default, your server will be suspended after 1 day of missed payment. If payment is still not received after 3 days, a late fee will be applied to your account. Failure to clear dues within 5 days may result in permanent deletion of all server files, with no option for recovery.
🛡️ Anti-Crash Liability
To help prevent unexpected crashes and data loss, we allocate a minimal amount of swap memory when your server RAM reaches full capacity. This safety measure helps maintain basic stability. If you wish to remove swap allocation, you may request it via a support ticket.
🧾 Terms and Conditions – Minecraft Hosting
Services Provided
We offer Minecraft server hosting solutions, granting clients access to server resources for hosting Minecraft game servers. These services are provided on a subscription basis, as detailed on our website.
Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 12 years old to register for our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
Acceptable Use Policy

💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 12 hours of purchase. No refunds will be processed after this period.
Note: Some services are strictly non-refundable. These include (but are not limited to):

We only provide support for basic server issues and hosting-related queries. We do not develop or manage your Minecraft server. For plugin setups, builds, or server customization, you will need third-party assistance.

- We can only guide or support the primary account holder on resolving the issue
So please be careful before granting access to anyone you don't trust.

💳 EMI Policy
Yes, we support EMI (Easy Monthly Installment) payment options for selected services.

- There is no interest charged on EMI payments – you only pay the actual service cost.
- The EMI option is only available for plans above a specific value (check individual plan pages).
- All payments must be made within the specified due dates.

This policy ensures the highest level of availability and fairness for all customers, even under adverse network conditions.
💸 No Refund Policy
All VPS purchases are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the server has been provisioned. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Customer dissatisfaction
- Changes of mind
- Incorrect plan selection
- Accidental purchases
